It's the best hotel ever. This has been the most amazing stay. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed 12/20 and 12/29 while traveling between Washington and Virginia. It is kid and dog friendly. The pool is great. The view from the balcony room is awesome. It is worth the price. Everything was clean. My only complaint was with guests. There is a tip jar at the breakfast area, and both stays we were one of the few people that tipped. Those women were busting their butts to keep the tables and area clean, food stocked, and accommodating people, yet no one was saying thank you or tipping. Hopefully, they did better with housekeeping.

Hotel room was very clean. Very spacious for our family. Bedding and bathroom nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. But there were no towels to dry off. I asked for some and non were brought. But the pool is awesome and kid friendly Breakfast was a big no. It was okay for basics. But not fresh by any means. Also the woman over the breakfast area was gossiping with someone else. She was whispering which is unprofessional. You don’t do that in front of guests. Also don’t go to the area without shoes on. We were told we couldn’t walk around without shoes on and not allowed in the area without shoes on. First time I have ever been told I had to wear shoes in a hotel. Also they do not tell you that there is a fee added on the hotel stay. So advise you need to pay $25 hidden fee. It’s very important to be upfront with customers about fees.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Logan. It's always super clean, the staff is so helpful when it comes to checking in, offering drinks and snacks and when it comes to the pool they went above and beyond to turn on the jets and pool streamers. Pool is great for kids as it never goes above 5 feet and the indoor/outdoor hot tub is awesome. The rooms are great and it's located in walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Lastly the free breakfast is fantastic and always a great bonus!

We had reserved a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed. The room was quite nice. We did have to ask the front desk for help pulling out the sofa bed but that wasn't problem. Our bathroom was nice but there were no bath mats for the tiled floor or inside the tub so it was very slippery. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It was just the usual eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles you experience at any other hotel. We were hoping it would have more options for being a Hilton hotel. The true disappointment was the swimming pool. It is only 4 feet deep and small. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was packed with both adults and kids, some of which were infants carried in by their parents. The pool side was extremely slippery because the tiles were not scored. It was like walking on waxed glass. We couldn't even wear flip-flops without slipping. Bringing your own towels or ones from your room is suggested as the pool towels are paper thin and the size for children. Overall the hotel is nice but be aware of the breakfast and pool situations.
